She took them to a Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal & won as they hadn't followed due disciplinary process , but it turned out that she would have been sacked anyway for the HR catch all ' to bring into disrepute ' / ' contravening social media policy ' , that's if had they done it properly .
So her compensation was reduced to circa £1880 .
She also asked for a private tribunal as she was embarrassed , but was told it simply wasn't possible as it was ' in the public interest ' .
