The Russians appear to popularised this 'laid down' position ... It is a poor position for caning or strapping .... The idea is to belabour the buttocks, not the hips. This position means that avoiding the hips is almost impossible and catching the thigh tops also likely .... As 99.9% of you are dealing with strictly amateur spanking, that will not make you popular ... Neither can one access the 'sit spot' ... All in all it is awful. Just put them over say a lounge chair arm or similar, or bent over a kitchen cabinet or table.
